We’re Hiring! Could you be our Operations & Programme Manager?

Come and join Brighton People’s Theatre!

We’re looking for someone to work in our core team at an exciting time for our company. Are you a dedicated, highly organised, and driven individual? You could be just who we’re looking for!

At BPT we strive to lead with our values and beliefs that enable our team to develop their potential and bring their full self to the workplace.  Our workshop members come from all walks of life and so do we. We draw in our differences in who we are, what we have experienced, and how we think so that we can produce an inclusive creative offer that speaks to everyone.

Join our team in the newly created role of Operations and Programme Manager, on a part-time, fixed-term contract. You’ll play a crucial role in helping us to expand our creative workshop programme across Brighton & Hove, and build new external partnerships. We’ll need you to initiate, implement and maintain organisational systems and processes. You’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders. It’s vital you have a good eye for detail and the ability to plan ahead, as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.

4 days a week, 10-month salaried contract with probable extension, £28-£30k (pro-rata) a year.
