Join our team in the newly created role of Operations and Programme Manager, on a part-time, fixed-term contract. You’ll play a crucial role in helping us to expand our creative workshop programme across Brighton & Hove, and build new external partnerships. Your role will be essential in supporting the growth of the organisation at this time. You’ll work closely with the Executive Director and Artistic Director across company business and lead on the project management of our workshop programme.

We’ll need you to initiate, implement and maintain organisational systems and processes. You’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders. It’s vital you have a good eye for detail and the ability to plan ahead, as well as the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.

4 days a week, 10-month salaried contract with probable extension, £28-£30k (pro-rata) a year.
