Join us for weekly drop-in theatre workshops to play games, develop your creativity, make new friends, and have fun.

Movement and Laban

In this workshop we will look at how we can use movement qualities to help create mood and atmosphere on the stage. This is a great tool for both actors and directors and can be used when creating characters and developing a monologue.

Things we’ll look at together

Laban’s movement technique and its uses in delivering text.
