Parul Chatterjee (Trustee)

Parul (she/her) has been working in Human Resources (HR) for over 30 years, in various sectors. She is currently Director of People for a charity which she loves. All of her roles have involved communicating with people at all levels and backgrounds, ensuring people’s working lives are fulfilling and that organisations create a genuinely inclusive, supportive and innovative culture.

Parul loves to see people thrive and reach their full potential particularly in areas they didn’t think possible. Joining BPT allows her to work with an organisation whose vision and mission she shares and supports and who make a real difference to local people’s lives. She loves film and comedy, particularly stand up and is hoping to make people laugh occasionally…
