Writer-Performer Workshop Series
Friends Meetings House, Ship Street, Brighton , BN1 1AF
We’re running three workshops to help kickstart your journey as a writer-performer.
Maybe you want to write some material for the stage, but don’t know where to start.
Maybe you’ve got dreams of doing a Fringe show, but need some specific advice about how to do it.
You might have the beginnings of a script, a character, or a monologue, but need a place to develop it.
Or maybe you don’t have anything yet, but you really want to make something.
Wherever you’re at on your writer-performer journey, join us to develop key solo-theatre making skills and connect with other people.
In this workshop series, every writer-performer will be supported to create five minutes of material. This should equip you with some skills to keep making work outside of the room as you continue to build the piece.
Connect with and be part of a supportive group of peers over the three weeks and beyond.
As this is a workshop series, you must sign up for the block of three to attend.
