Come and work with us! We’re hiring for two new roles

Brighton People’s Theatre are looking for two new people to join its small, friendly staff team in September 2025.

We are recruiting for the roles of:

Company Manager (2 days a week, 11-month contract, £32k pro rata)

The Company Manager role will focus primarily on the areas of Operations, HR, Legal, Finance and Fundraising. The role is essential in ensuring the organisation has effective operational systems to deliver its work.

It will ensure the smooth running of the administrative functions of the company, that the company meets its legal responsibilities and that there is an effective management framework for all our work.

Access and Support Manager (2 days a week, 3-month contract, £32k pro rata)

The Access and Support Manager role will focus primarily on enabling potential participants and members to access all that BPT can offer and to support their sustained engagement with the company.

This is a new role which we believe will be essential in ensuring the organisation has effective safeguarding and pastoral care in place to deliver its work.

Both posts are offered on short term contracts, with probable extensions, depending on successful outcomes of funding bids.
